WELCOME TO HEALTH SERVICES, INC. (HSI), a family of 12 neighborhood health centers that provide comprehensive primary care services in medicine, dentistry, and behavioral health for all ages. At HSI, we believe the best care starts at home and we want to be your health center home. For over 40 years, we have provided our patients with compassionate, affordable, quality health care keeping their best interest and individual needs at the forefront of care. With over 35,000 active patients, HSI is the medical home that works to keep our patients – and our communities-healthy. We incorporate prevention and health promotion, treatment of illness, and management of chronic disease – often all during the same visit.

At HSI, primary care services are available to all individuals, regardless of their financial or insurance status. We accept private insurance like Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicaid, Medicare, ALLKids, and others as well as offer a reduced sliding fee schedule based on a person’s income and family size.

Our goal is to help you and the people you love most stay healthy or return to good health. Since our first health center in 1973, HSI had worked with other providers to extend services to patients who need specialized treatment. We look forward to serving as your medical home for medical care.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
